Michael L. Magasinn, J.D., LL.M. is the sole shareholder of the Law Offices of Michael L. Magasinn, a Professional Corporation, located in Westlake Village, California, with offices in West Los Angeles as well. Mr. Magasinn is admitted to the State Bar of California. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Accounting Theory and Practice from California State University, Northridge; his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law; and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Mr. Magasinn is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

For more than twenty-five years, Mr. Magasinn has specialized in advising low, medium and high net-worth individuals in all aspects of their tax, estate and business planning. He also represents clients in simple and complex probate, trust and conservatorship litigation matters, and has argued cases before the California Court of Appeal. Mr. Magasinn has drafted over 5,000 trusts to suit a variety of situations and created all pertinent documents to settle in excess of 300 probate estates and trusts.

Mr. Magasinn has served as a member of the Probate Volunteer Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court, acting as a Court appointed attorney in probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters. Mr. Magasinn currently acts as a Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Probate Court, volunteering his time to assist litigants settle disputed matters pending before the Court.

Mr. Magasinn is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Ventura County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Magasinn is a Past-President of the Los Angeles Estate Counselors Forum. Mr. Magasinn is also a member of the Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks.
